After the salary timing HR and other supportive contacts will not picking up calls and for appraisal it would take more than 6 months to share the appraisal after completing 1 year and currently I am working with pipl from last 1year and 4 months but as of now I didn't get any possibility for the appraisal and my manager is already shared a good feedback for me but they ignoring the appraisal part....Read More
