This company is a sinking boat. It's a very small team overburdened with work. There are 2 key personnel who manage the affairs of the company. One wants employees to be at their desk sharp at the office opening time, the other doesn't want them to leave at least an hour has passed after office is over. Employees basically, work overtime everyday, without being paid a penny for that. This overtime easily exceeds the number of prescribed number of overtime hours by law. Employees are assigned projects, they can't manage and they are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines at the expense of personal life. They are told to do whatever needs to be done to meet deadlines (anyway that still doesn't happen). Employees here get no benefits at all - no health insurance or ESI, no PF account, no concern for the employees' personal lives and health. It's all about work, work and work, which usually turns out poor in quality for lack of manpower and sufficient of time for delivery. They have stopped getting new projects. Coffers have gone empty. They don't even have money to pay salaries....Read More

To be honest, nothing much to be liked about the company. Typical thinking of a small employer - "if I am paying them, have them do anything and everything".
While doing a heavy load of work, one might as well learn a few new and useful things, but only at own initiative.
Dislikes
It's a small organisation of just 10 people (including 2 directors, hehe), people keep joining and leaving the company regularly.
The Managing Director (one of those 10) has anger issues, and always remains unhappy with the employes with respect to work. Keeps getting new projects, even when the ongoing projects haven't been delivered. The small team is always overburdened with work, every team member working on multiple projects simultaneously. For this reason, almost all the clients complain about quality of work and late delivery.
Just 2 people managing the company, so no formal management, and nobody really there to approach for grievances.
No matter how good work one does, appreciations are really hard to come by.
The MD doesn't think a moment in asking people to work 7 days on occasions. No overtime is ever paid. If an employee leaves at the end of the day on time, it invites their displeasure, they expect people to spend extra time at work everyday.
No fun activities, no rewards, no consideration for employees' personal lives.
Verdict: Avoid working with the organisation....Read More
