Dislikes

The founder is the worst part of the company. One of the main reason if a project is delayed in the company is the founder himself. He always comes up with an idea which he has heard somewhere and wants it in his product which hampers the flow of the entire project. Wants to follow corporate culture and standards but himself is the one who has successfully managed to fail to do so. No job security here. Firing people at will without even discussing with his sub-ordinates whether it is required or not. I was fired and the reason was valid enough. But someone else also was fired without a prior warning. Pay structure is really poor. Wants to have the best team but is not willing to pull out money from the pocket....Read More
