Other dept like school and machinery funding was good.

Dislikes

My reporting manager Partha Karmakar was not helpful he comes office at 12.45pm and leaves at 5.30 everyday. I didn't get any support from him he only support Asish Upadhyay. In office time he only watch movie at NETFLIX

It's work culture is very impressive and job security is also better than other organisations even for an average performer.

Compensation part needs to be improved.
