Working Culture & salary packages of P&G is very good overall is veru good if anyone work with this company

Tha management system is very bad, some of the managers not respect their reporties and misbehaves with them. Managers behave looks like lala (local)type company managers. They don't care about employees problem and their family problems. They want work only. Specially in HR department.
