Overall it is a good platform to learing as well as supervisor must have reuired. Overall all the procedure.document,and inspecion go through too deep. Company's rule and regulation and all procedure are as well as they contract with a private firm. I learn lot if from here.i wish will once again will join this company but i wish it will only as a company employee not as a contractor.

Improper communication of safety team .excess pressure arise on contractor emloyee hence there is no clareance how they will the can did the same..i recomemded Sujit bastia who dare to step help to process a work when other throw their responbility on other. And in will reuest plese do not command a person who have not any basic education of safety who's scope id nevrler about this..i wil not mention his name.but i feel too sad that a ilitrate person also commanding safety who have no exact knowledge.who know only stop work nor hoe to proceed work with mitigation the cause. Anyone can stop work and anyone can guess what is wrong but this not enough. Mainly a safety officer who is respectfull in team must have responsible that who he done ssme with mitigation the probloms ,minimize the hzards , nor join for time pass as they can....Read More
