Nothing. It's an absolute disaster of an company. Avoid at all cost.

Dislikes

It's a Hire and Fire company. Within 5 months of my joining, they asked entire leadership- COO, CSO,CTO and CEO to resign mainly beacuse they were unable to pay them salaries. They don't have enough money to even pay their vendors. Only when the vendors threaten with legal action, their dues are paid. Do yourself a favour and don't join this company. They will trap you by offering good hike but start troubling you soon after and later force you to resign....Read More

Well culturally the company tends to work like a proprietor organization. Corporate employees who are old in system do not welcome any new process changes and absolutely do not welcome innovation. Hence many functions still work in old rut.
