It is a BPO Call Center Culture where recruiters give fake promises regarding your shifts and weekoff and managers change them to rotational just in the names of Business Requirements. Lack of Management. Lack of Professionalism. Not Recommended to work in this company.

Who ever is in bangalore and willing to join this company specially for: 1. There is nothing in this company that u ill like Only thing u will like is manager will never disturb u.. Every Wednesday u will have 1 meeting with the team thats it only in this matter u feel relaxed with out manager torture.

I have a list to say, openly m saying never join else u ill get f*kd up with ur health career life everything 1. Package - They ill never pay u much they ill talk big n finally they ill offer u just 50k more from ur previous package. 2 full of a manual work have u ever seen creating invoices in excel sheet no, u ill see here. 3. Login time is 8:30am but logout time none can say, it will cross 10:30pm daily, sometimes it will go up to 12:45 mid night 4. Every Friday there is an additional work which u have to do (what all u did the whole week u have to enter in a portal hour by hour which I'll take another whole day to enter the sheet) sometimes Saturdays also u need to login due to work load Decide and join else u ill abscond like us with in 45 days...Read More
