Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and build confidence as you get involved in working for Many MNC's As a third Party Manufacturing Pritam is Good in managing system n compliances and always ready to invest to improve the quality culture as well as productivity.

Dislikes

1. No clear path for career progression 2. Lack of leadership in Many key area's like HR Policies, Employee engagement, work life balance, Employees long terms benefit 3. More focused on person dependent in place of system dependent 4. Working Hours 5. Unnecessary paper work

owners are very terrible especially owner's son loses his sense n being rude to employees most of the time. It makes you to quit the job in short period of time

1)Lack of on the job trainings 2)Very very very slow career growth 3) If you are fresher you are going to be trainee for 2 years 3) absolutely unfair appraisals 4)Long working hours and still no cafeteria,no free transportation 5)Most of the people don't even know to behave and communicate at work place it's very difficult to work with them,Poor working environment <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 6)No extra curricular activities,No skill development and orientation programs, management is not bothered about one's individual goals,just focused on Company's common goals</mark>....Read More
