1)Lack of on the job trainings 2)Very very very slow career growth 3) If you are fresher you are going to be trainee for 2 years 3) absolutely unfair appraisals 4)Long working hours and still no cafeteria,no free transportation 5)Most of the people don't even know to behave and communicate at work place it's very difficult to work with them,Poor working environment 6)No extra curricular activities,No skill development and orientation programs, management is not bothered about one's individual goals,just focused on Company's common goals....Read More
