Nothing as there is no proper response from manager and even BD's no good culture and work life balance was terrible and non of them will understand your struggles

Dislikes

It's like the politics played in by the team, there is no proper response considered from patients and no good employee engagement the fresher will be your TL or BD and even he doesn't know about the process will ask you suggest you to work and that too in an impolite manner. But even if you are make ng a team to enhance the company growth the BD himself will pull you back.

Just we can have a good communication with all the hospitals and doctors even that if you're knowledge enough to do so
