The work culture there is toxic. Right from HR to manager, everyone treats you like a bot and there's terrible work life balance. 6 days a week and after that also you've to be on phone whole day. Never join this kinda of company.

Dislikes

I joined there as a trainee and believe me they treated us like robots. We got to learn nothing, and even before completing our probation period we were made to work more than given working hours. That place is toxic and on top of that your manager, especially old employees of company will make your mental peace go away.

Work Details

Work life balance is not upto the mark. Your manager will not let you sleep even at 1am at night. Getting continuous calls even after long work hours will snatch away your mental peace.
