No job security -today top performer next day you may be jobless Top management -for their job and c.....n, they can sacrifice a team/plant anything HR are complete dummy here, after 2-3 months joining or more than 15 years working, they simply tell you put your paper, your name is in management list to terminate.they will constantly call and pressurised you no email, they forced to resign more than 3000 employees in covid forcefully but never come out,how they manage it.like they say if we will terminate how you can tell to next company? We will not give your salary , you worked etc.After covid same situation..why they hire .. they don't know.. No system and process Politics in top management killed this company....Read More

They are having mostly franchise plant in Bangalore region and they are the worst. Franchise people won't support at all. Plant team is stuck all the time. Franchise team will not spare any manpower for Basic things like stock checking and plant cleaning. Everyday they will fight over everything. Overall its the worst company in my career
