Complete absence of protocols, policies and SOPs gives a lot of freedom in setting up the house.

Dislikes

It all starts with scarcity of mines or lack of lime stones. It is a monthly struggle. The management is in constant struggle to get its monthly quota. The leadership is inept and below par.
