No Deadlines , no contract work at your own speed but good organization if you like to work for free

Everything! if you want good hike? forget about it you don't get enought hike always underpaid lot of work but no appreciation given the inventive is likes pennies no private life also working on holidays / bank holidays no offs Saturday's even sometimes no off on bigger festivals. Don't ever join this is located in Borivali ( W ) if anyone wants to stay away

1st they promise to give incentives on time... But when I gave resignation I didn't receive incentives of my 3 joinies. They tell employee not to use their brain... But accept only their way of working. After Leaving company we don't get any experience letter or relieving letter as per earlier promised by them by so many follow ups.... Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
