Flexible timings was the only plus point and the work life balance.Most of the peers were very toxic.TLs completely ruin the atmosphere.

Process was unstable,there was zero clarity on work on the product we were selling,process was outsourced and we were telling lies to the customers that the content is being created within Prione which was not the case as there were white label partners.TLs never took responsibility of anything and always the agents were blamed for the things they had zero control on.TLs were very demotivating and never appreciated the agents.Never missed a chance to humiliate the agents on front of other colleagues....Read More
