1. Work Culture Declined – It was good before, but in the last few years, it has become bad. Employee well-being is ignored. 2. Poor Management – The new management is immature and changes policies as they like, without ethics or concern for employees. Management from Hyderabad are really not up to the mark. They brought Service company culture and lot of micro management within teams. earlier, PGS was a good and employee friendly, But now with new PGS head joining the culture has really deteriorated. The new leadership is more into micro management and they are not at all concerned about the employees. They are introducing new and more ways of micromanaging like tools to monitor your screen throughout, pressuring you to work more.

I did like the culture of PGS before 3 year. Now in these days the function has been changed and only the relationship with our manager and understanding that is good.

The payment method and the promotion structure. PGS have a term that called Prinpay. That means you have to keep your 10% of salary deposited to company till a financial year. Once that year ended then you will receive the amt from that 10%. It depends on your and companies performance. That means you will never get your entire 10%.You will always received an X amt from that 10%. And they also called it as performance incentive....Read More
