The people and the working environment is awesome

Dislikes

Sometimes the working hours is stressful and the people who have a connection with the higher authorities have a better work life

My work life in princess is amazing. It is indeed a very good experience and I learned a lot since it started a my first time in cruise. Princess taught me well. We work hard as well as we had fun at same time.

Very good working environment and the management is very supportive. Company policies are very good n fair to all appraisal are fair and salaries are good and job is secure

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
