I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

This place is a good for freshers. We don't get a chance to learn anything new. Meddle with their system, which is very narrow and life will be good. If you have any good suggestions, keep it yourself and even if you expose it, it will be useless. Their website proves their standard.
