Working atmosphere is very nice.The best thing I feel that there is a team work and everyone feel his responsibilities and work well. For freshers ,this is very good platform.

Dislikes

I think there is no any big issue for which I dislike.

I am working as a shift engineer and have many responsibilities in my shift as manpower handling , Production planning , process monitoring , focus on 5 ' S activities etc.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Once started job in the company, no need to search other job. I like and miss haridwar plant.

Nothing to dislike

I learnt everything on the job. My reporting boss was so good. He faith in teamwork and do discussion openly with their downline.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
