It’s a good place to work, You will have a good work life balance and good scope of learning. I joined as a fresher here and learned a lot also contributed in companies growth. Previously they used to reward us with good promotions and increments but now they have introduced some salary caps and also promotions are based on hierarchy. But still I would say it’s a good place to work

Management favours a few employees instead of deserving ones. HRs don’t listen to employees much and you will have to wait for their reply. The Hierarchy especially the team lead and manager sometimes show glimpses of a government office, I mean instead of favouring a working and delivering employees they favour and praise those who are good to them you know the typical b*** l******
