Salary Payments Were on Time- The only positive aspect was that salaries were paid on time, but that doesn't compensate for unethical work environment. Some Good Colleagues- A few team members were supportive, but the overall work culture was toxic. Decent Infrastructure- Office facilities were adequate, but that's meaningless when employee rights are violated.

Toxic Work Culture and Favoritism- Promotions and recognitions were based on favoritism rather than merit. Managers protect their close associates while mistreating others. Unethical HR Practices- HR falsely assures employees but never resolves issues. In my case, they promised to release my employment documents but later backed out, affecting my future job prospects. Wrongful Termination and Career Sabotage- I was terminated unfairly without proper justification and left without my experience letter, causing huge financial and emotional distress. Unresponsive and Corrupt Management- Higher-ups, including Rajesh Ravichandran, Suresh Ramakrishnan, Gourabh Mukherjee, Keerthi Kurra and Sridevi Menon ignored all my attempts to resolve my concerns. Severe Financial Consequences- Due to their negligence, I incurred over Rs 1,00,000 in financial damages, lost job opportunities, and was forced to take loans. No Job Security- Employees are treated as disposable. Even if you perform well, you can be suddenly fired without notice. Managers are rude , no job security. TL Anirudh Nari Shetty is rude with poor mannerisms. I was working from Got the GEM award for the performance. John Vinod called me to come to office suddenly when my wife was on 9th of pregnancy. I requested a lot explaining the situation, I came to office to save my jobs, again went home as she got severe abdominal pain . Again I had to go. Coming to Hyderabad flight ticket was 18000 , again going to my native place 11000, after 17th days of delivery again coming back to Hyderabad flight fare was 9000 . HOW much one can spent. These wise fellow was not understanding or don't bother. Came to office again, after few days. They kicked me out stating no work load. If there is no work load why they called me at eleventh hour??? I spent almost 50000 coming and going. I requested to HR to compensate but disagreed. What made them to harassed me like this. They ruined my career, Bethel , Anirudh Narishetty , John vinod are goons in PrimEra, if you work under them your life will be hell and you will curse them like anything. Despite I gave 100 percent quality and production they kicked me out. There was one employee from Chennai John vinod didn't kicked him out. Because John vinod is also from Chennai . They could have told me before coming to Hyderabad about no inventory, no work load. I could have saved 50000 rupees which I spent on traveling from Assam to Hyderabad, Hyderabad to Assam. But no want me to spend and then kick out from Jobs. The way I suffer and critical situation I faced and went through. This will hit back you. 1. culture 2. Manager Ashvin something(appeal), and Aehsan Shekh, take personal grudgues to their emlpoyees * They put me in PIP, I have cleared it with with more than 100% (102%) of production with 100% of quality, still they kicked me out.
