No work pressure. Working here is flexible. Overall, I can say that, a good opportunity for freshers if he feels, work experience is better than salary for the first 2yrs.

1. Work culture is pathetic, no proper system or hierarchy, there are serious power concentration issues. A lot of senior level individuals would try to take advantage of the juniors and pressurise them only to steal away the credit. 2. Ugly HR policies: Any fresher is required to sign a bond and are supposed to sumbit all their ORIGINAL documents to the company hrs, the employee can not ask them till the bond completion date. SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS IS THAT THEY QUOTE THE COMPULSORY BOND PERIOD OF SOMETIME AND AFTER GETTING THE EMPLOYEE'S DOCUMENTS, THE BOND PERIOD WOULD BE INCREASED AND PERSON HAS TO AGREE TO IT. Yes that happened with me, originally I was told that the bond period would be 18 months and then it was increased to 24 months. Notice period of 4 months is laughable.
