I would have rated to zero star, but no option so i made single star. Worst management who leads the work i.e Mr. Venkatesh babu (president) and K.N.Rao(GM) . Worst people ever seen. For there own wish they will spoil the employees life. There is no safety for ladies due to activities of venkatesh babu. They wont pay salary and u wont get work exposure in this company...Read More

I have bad experience with PHEL company it is too worst company you can not survive in Hyderabad office if you are not belong to muslim religion

Dislikes

Company's management too irritating no review meeting, no guidelines, no working policies, for company customer is just like a ball no respect and responsibilities towards customer.

Just like a political game i am trying to surviving there, there are no work my GM was physico and religionist,

Company management, HR, both are terrible not only PHEL full prime group never join any prime company this is not my personal opinion you can ask anybody who earlier worked with them

My responsibility is developing business of PHEL and I fill always motivated as I am guided by my boss and colouges very well

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
