I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I would have rated to zero star, but no option so i made single star. Worst management who leads the work i.e Mr. Venkatesh babu (president) and K.N.Rao(GM) . Worst people ever seen. For there own wish they will spoil the employees life. There is no safety for ladies due to activities of venkatesh babu. They wont pay salary and u wont get work exposure in this company
