Only two thing i like good about this company that is , 1.- It gives a platform to start your career as fresher. 2. Every Friday Activities some time.

There are lots of things i don't like e.g- 1. There is no growth in salary and increment. thats why employs cant encourage themselves for there work. 2. They neither talk about bonus, nor given. they give sweets in the name of bonus. who wants it ? 3. Very cheap rate of incentives on shots ( your incentives will be given in 3 months with very very less amount even u save lots of bids of there shots ). 4. Very very cheap arrangements for any type of celebration. No party for mind fresh nothing. 5. No free refreshment while work. 6. very low salary according to work. 7 they should provide international or domestic tour. Its a international company, cant they provide these above things for better career for there employs for long term relationship. Prime Focus has already made its bad image towards employs. Every Employs got fed-up with the bad treatment. employs are connected with this company because either there are at higher post or local to the company....Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
