Likes

Working at Pridak Tech Services Pvt Ltd was fun as the management team was very flexible with work and personal life. I was able to give time to family even during work time. Work was considered priority only when it was really important.

Dislikes

The business did not grow to the expectation as the customers of Pridak started cheating on payments and the management team was finding things difficult to continue, but if all was well Pridak would be considered heaven to work for aspirants of Mysore.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
