Good work environment and culture timid are supportive and the management is transparent there is a hug of cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilly company policies are good are fair and they give food salary hike and bonus every year

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learn was no formal training session I learn everything on the job I got a chance to the wear multiple hat and that help me get a taste of different

Only engineers and below grades will work. Manager will come sit and go. But they say like they only have completed all the projects and only they will take the credits. If joining in pricol join as asst.manager or above.

No job security and no work life balance in the satelite plants. Leadership is terrible in the satellite plants and no top management is not bother about the satellite plants employees life at the plants. Satellite plants are running with staff shortage and available staffs are handling multiple functions.
