Worst in Respecting Employees Work Life balance, project quality and timeline framing. Half baked project delivery No sufficient time for programming team. No control over management decisions individual team leads take own decisions

No job security and no work life balance in the satelite plants. Leadership is terrible in the satellite plants and no top management is not bother about the satellite plants employees life at the plants. Satellite plants are running with staff shortage and available staffs are handling multiple functions.
