Promotion are very slow , Salary growth annually 10% fix Market salary still they are not aware Example : MST can earn 30K Per Month But in prestige engineer salary is 30K only

i had a deep disappointing experience working with jhamtani. The overall competency and professionalisum , particularly from the managment was highly lacking . Its difficult to work in an envionment where comnmnunication is ineffective and managment do not seem to understand how to engage with employees . One notable issue was withso called director MINAKSHI , who communicated with the team in as unprofessional and condescending manner. It often felt she was speaking down to the employee as if they are her subordinates with no respect for professional boundaries. Her attitude and approach to manageing people were a major concern , as its lacked any sence of professionalisum , class or undewrstanding of how to foster a positive , collaborative work enviroment . There also seemed to be a lot of internal politics within the organization , which create a toxic atmosphere and undermined team morale . this led to a lack of trust and trasparency , which made it difficult tonachive any meaningful progress . Unfortunately , i cannot recommend jhamtab=ni to others based on my experiance . I have been working here 2.5 years and appreciate the stability in my role. However I feel that I have not been given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities or new challenges. I am eager to expand my skills and contribute more, but I have not yet been given the chance to do so.

There is no hindrance by the management to perform our duties as HEAD OF FACILITIES. Ultimately results with revenue and customer satisfaction only warranted.

Huge difference on career growth and increment between Projects and Operations team.

Company gives a lot of freedom to try new things and suggestions are greatly appreciated

Dislikes

We can manage cost much more efficiently then what we are managing now. There are spillages where we could have not made certain transactions to save money but we went ahead and splurged. Having said that, it's always very client centric and the reward we get is loyalty from clients.
