Good infrastructure and Company is well equipped with lastest machinary and to stay with latest industrial demands. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Being an intern it has been wonderful learning experience for me.

Vision is good of Pressuejet. But to achieve it, i dont see they are doing anything fruitful. If every year staff keeps on changing,how will you achieve your goal Mr. Shah?

There is a lot of politics in top management and the management doesn’t address out issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and no job security. No proper training to new joinees. Worst HR policies,they change as per their requirements.

In GA drawings - same work everyday & in NPD - copy from foreign pumps. Also 2 days for reporting the monthly work.
