Press Information Bureau is a Department under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Since, it is meant for Government's media and publicity work, its employees have to work with team spirit. So, teammates play a very important role here. They work in close cooperation with each other. There are three categories of employees, ie, regular employees, contractual employees and casual employees. There are a large number of officials who have been working here for last a long period. Despite being transferable posts, they have been posted in the same office. Such officials are making this department vulnerable of malpractices and misuse of their official positions in terms of money making and misusing office vehicle etc. Such officials are believed to have connection with top bureaucrats and Ministry officials. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
