It used to be an amazing organisation under the leadership of old members like Vitul Sir, Anuj Sachdeva, Nibha HR, Rishab, Deepanshu etc. Staff was listened to and encouraged. Culture was amazing. There were lay offs but everything was managed happily and smoothly. Nibha maam and culture was always helpful and helped us in grow.
Senior leadership has left almost, all old leaders good people have left. knowledge and right decision making has also gone out of window. HR used to listen. and now bunch of juniors who are not even MBA HR trying to be Unacademys puppets. Ayushi comes as if she owns the company just for 2 hours, anuj was so nice to us. nobody listens. no work life balance. they just take their own appraisals. Hello everyone My intent to write this feedback it's just because I made a big decision in my life of resigning from prepladder so that some good changes might happen after leaving the organisation and sharing the feedback with my CEO Dr Deepanshu Goel.Prepladder was a great place to work when it was under supervision of Dr Deepanshu ,sahil Goyal and vitul sir and with the hope of same I shared the feedback with Dr Deepanshu Goyal but I got no positive response so that is the reason why I am highlighting this here . I am going to write what is the current culture of Prepladder and how hard working employees are suffering because of that. Currently there are 3 managers who are working in Prepladder and playing dirty politics over there along with two HRs and one director .Multiple time we had shared our feedback with HR also but the reply we got is either you have to work in same way or you can put down your papers .starting with work culture all the employees are asked to sit from morning till midnight to check if user is coming to.application they have to call them at same time due to which students gets irate and disturbed .even there were multiple offers which were totally of no use we were supposed to work 8 to 9 days without week off .After sharing feedback with my manager that users are getting disturbed with late night calls and multiple calls the reply I got is its normal u will get 3 same cases out of 10 you can ignore . Our managers are highly biased, and favoritism is common. They only support those employees who flatter them. Performance assessments are unfairly influenced, and leads are distributed to certain employees through improper means. If a manager has a personal affair with an employee, it should remain private and not create issues for other team members. Also I was suffering from medical issue because of which doctor prescribed 15 days bed rest and after 4 days I got update from my manager that medical leave can be given maximum for 4 days after that it will be LWP even if you have 34 earned leaves in your account . I have seen situations where 15 days leaves were given to employees for their kids exam.preparation . I was the top performer in the company but because of the toxic work culture and politics I was forced to give resign . For this I had shared recording with my CeO on mail in which one of Prepladder manager said that politics was played by your manager against you at that time so that you can resign . Everyone knows and do back biting that my manager is having relationship with one of the team.member but no one openly says and this is hampering work culture because in order to keep her on top he was playing dirty politics against those employees who are raising voice against this . Prepladder was once known for it's focus on genuine counselling .however the current emphasis on code sharing and revenue shortcuts has compromised the company reputation .doctors have also complained about the lack of proper counselling ,with team members solely focused on providing codes .when this concern was shared with current director his response was "jab paka pakaya mil raha hai to itna extra work kyu karna hai "and currently every employees is focusing on same culture that is working on payment failed leads no counselling nothing .they are waking up early morning to grab all payment failed leads activity till.midnight and director and team managers are awarding them with appreciation title and demotivating others to be like them .this is purely not sale but incorrect practice . My manager was working with same mentality when he was on agent level and everyone knows about this .he achieved title of manager only because of flattering the upper managers . From the time our sales manager has joined there was a toxic work culture . Prepladder was a great place to work with earlier but now because of toxic managers this become a nightmare .kindly take this into consideration otherwise these people will eat prepladder like a termite .if anyone have doubt or need proof please do let me know .I have proofs and recordings for everything I said ....Read More

There's not much to like here; it's more like a stepping stone.
This used to be a great place to work, but things took a sharp turn for the worse. New management has made some terrible decisions about hiring people who have zero ideas as to how things work specifically for this business, they came in with their experience of a toxic company and just copy pasted the same here. People who were hired with the promise of WFH, with lesser salary now being asked to come to the office, and if anyone is contesting that they are being told to just quit, and do minimum these are the people who have worked in this organization for 3+ years. If you are planning to join Sales just heed my advice don't, No matter what anyone tells you, the working hours are from 6 in the morning till 2 at night, and if you don't do so you will either not make any money and will constantly be taunted as noncompetent or will be let go as a nonperforming asset. And the same is true for other departments as well. There is no appreciation for the work, Good working people are being let go, and people with basically no clue how things are working and zero intention of working are being promoted as they know how to shout about their work. All in all It's a stressful and depressing place to work now. Everyone is feeling trapped and everyone is trying to look for better opportunities. I hope someone will make some changes but to be very honest everyone who cares about the company is not working there. If you're thinking about joining here do reconsider, don't know what is your condition but even if you do join just use it as a stepping stone and always be on the lookout for a better opportunity....Read More
