Salary structure of company is a very worst... I am blaming here only a compny management.. I respects my company but management is a poor I am diploma mechanical engineer &I am working here from past 10 yrs. Still i have a only 3.60 LPA salary...& now managent giving same salary for a 1-2 yrs. experience... I don't know how they calculating...
