No job security and work life balance. MD threatens in all monthly meetings across organisation about firing you if don't do what he says or expects. Not a system based company. Higher attrition levels. Higher the position of employee, bigger is the ego. Actual working days are Monday to Friday but from 20th of every month you wouldbe working all 7 days of the week.
