Company has no ethics . During corona time company didn't provide our LTA amount . After some days company higher management was busy doing parties and mujra in abroad . Management ka niyaat hi kharab hai .

When you come to premium falta...it is like Coming to the worst company...no intiative from the management. No yearly increment. No office culture....no work life balance...even you don't get salary on time...if you are planning to leave premium....they will force you to serve

money is everything in today's life & life has no meaning if you don't get paid well by working. The work is not properly remunerated, pay proper attention to worker's health, there is no work life balance, it is not right to give more salary & position to junior people than senior.
