Salary structure of company is a very worst... I am blaming here only a compny management.. When you come to premium falta...it is like Coming to the worst company...no intiative from the management. No yearly increment. No office culture....no work life balance...even you don't get salary on time...if you are planning to leave premium....they will force you to serve
