I don’t like to work in this company all md rules , no proper hierarchy standards of organisation and worst ever to work in this company , no proper payslips , cheating company in incentives and salary structure.

Dislikes

Company doesn’t attain corporate formats , no salary allows , no proper staff management, no proper increments, no incentives and company steals from staff salary and inventory loss taken from staff pockets . Bad experience to work in this company

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
