All decisions taken by hire management they even don’t Ask what actually employe feel, which is working for long time with this company. Even you can’t talk to HR. If you speak to the hr than arm manger will start pointing you related this. I left this company because due to my health. No working time fix even if we do extra time that will not pay anything..
