No job security … employer is doing business on trial basis and which hampers employee … every month new polices ….not at job security … 2 to 3 people get all benefits due to politics in small office. Not suggesting others to waste there time on this organisation

Sudhanshu sir and Bhushan sir's teaching in very smart way.it helps to improve thinking power and lots of notes and other knowledge is provided by premium learning system than other institutions.thanks to premium learning system for ur correct guidence and great, greater and greatest, teaching.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
