The company culture is good, all employees are very nice and friendly.

Company has not provided salary account for employees, salaries are paid by cheque and there is no assurance when the cheque will be received, employees have no clue when they will receive salary, Salary normally received 2 months delayed. Travel allowances are kept pending for uncertain period, no assurance when the allowances will be cleared,Sales Incentives, LTAs etc are not certain when they will be paid.
