Likes

All my teammates are supportive, companies reputation is excellent in the market. Premier liquor boss is a very good and supportive leader here. I didn't see that's a type of leader.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

The staff can't grow here and that's the reason I have quit this job. Salary does not grow quickly.

Promotions - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor

I had to struggle in the last 5 years here. I learn here I developed my skill here,

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
