There are no any positive sign to work in Premier. Only for survival I was working there.

Dislikes

There is lots of politcs. Upper level employee goes rich, richer, richest by Salary. And junior level of employee like me as Senior Assistant from last 9.05 Years get a minimum increment in a year. No respect from any senior. Always receive hate speech, domination, bad behaviour from them. Worst HR department, this department does no t hear or listen the employees appeal. No career or monitory growth in this company for small or junior level of employee. Growth only for higher level of employee by giving them huge salary with minimum work offer<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Junior employee doing hard work but no respect for them from their Boss, Management or HR Department or from MD</mark>. No good increment for junior employee.
