Ironically DNA is a big pain for its employees! micromanagemt is just next level. Inferior HR policies they don't have ethical approach for the exit process from the organisation.not adhere to their commitments neither ready to follow there own system, terms & agreements.They not provides any formal clearance nor document part. Just an average organization with a basic facilities. it's ok ok company for Locals only. Random salary deduction, delayed salary is issue only transportation facility is available.no canteen or snaks even daily ☕ is also paid by employees Rest is you can imagine. This is one of the best foundry in the world and probably the best in Asia. Very clean and so for machine shop.

Very poor work culture. No system at all. It’s a man driven company rather that system. Someone will have tremendous work pressure and have to bear misbehaviour . You can’t expect respect being Engineers. They did not even gave me clearance and service certificate. My superannuation and incentive of one and half year has not been released due to grumpy mentality. The HR department doesn’t have courtesy to receive or even respond to me even after I wan in search for help. Pathetic....Read More
