Ironically DNA is a big pain for its employees! micromanagemt is just next level. Inferior HR policies they don't have ethical approach for the exit process from the organisation.not adhere to their commitments neither ready to follow there own system, terms & agreements.They not provides any formal clearance nor document part. Just an average organization with a basic facilities. it's ok ok company for Locals only. Random salary deduction, delayed salary is issue only transportation facility is available.no canteen or snaks even daily ☕ is also paid by employees Rest is you can imagine.
