This company is unprofessional and worst toxic culture environment for work. Upper management team make this company useless. Sallary deposit late after 10 days and they do not have the proper deboarding process. They hold my sallary even after i pay 1 month wage for early releaving as per company policy along with i work extra 9 days but still they do not paid me. They promise for bonus but the same is still on hold. HR is to lazy and do not respond even after calls. I never recommend anyone to join this preci forge.
