The Precast India is the future of India. The company adopts latest technology has a proper system of working. The company has the ability to face challenges, of course the staff is always has the solution for it. I loved Precast because of the high quality products. After the completing the project when I look back it feels proud and gives more satisfaction.

Dislikes

Work Pressure is high but this helped me go beyond my limits and achieve my targets.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
