As vendor supervisor , Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It was a tremendous association with Praxair at my part. Persons were working there, given rise to various aspects of life and works. Since being my initial organization,I will always be indebted to Praxair.

Dislikes

Peering transfer policies are to review. Less the manpower,less the flexibility to get transfer to one's choiceful location. I had to disassociate for that particular reason only from Praxair.

It was a nice experience working with Praxair team. If anbody have interest in gas industry praxair is the best option. Now the company merged with Linde. While joining they will assign a buddy person to train us about the primary work role, and some basic procedures.
