Good work shedule and no job Target forcing.

Low payment No increment I working from last 3 years now my payment is only 8500 And after one year of my joining freshers employee payment is more than me. It is not fare. Individual rules for individual persons. Employee are same qualification same post but payment is not same this is wrong

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but that was a great experience. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.Loving job.
