It is not a company or even a startup, it is a local garage where fresh college passouts talk in english and work without any management, without any planning, teams just start doing work without even the basic documentation. This startup is just about any college formula or Baja team even these college teams are somewhat organised but pravaig is just an illusion. RED FLAGS everywhere. Even employees don't know about the status of the startup, funding and other decisions. Grey area in terms of information and communication. Don't join this startup if you want to learn anything. The lack of structure in the organisation was good in a way to rapidly evolve. As long as you’re subservient to the CEO, you can pretty much do whatever you want.

Everything about this place. The HR is one corrupt and toxic person. The CTO is a chain smoker who forgets what we discussed in the meeting a couple of days ago. The CEO’s credentials are questionable and what he says and what he does is beyond our realm of understanding. A very toxic environment which spews hate in all directions and nothing real ever happens here. It’s all talk and no cork

First of all this is not a company. This is just a place where two people trying to represent themselves as second avtar of Elon Musk just because they have money. Very arogant leaders and nothing like an organisation. You will not be knowing when you will get fired. Don't join this company of you want to live peacefully in your life. Your life will be worst than hell here.

Nothing, I must say, only they provide commute both sides being outside of the Bangalore city

CTO considers himself as super genius, have no industry experience, CEO and his mother treats every employee as their labourers, had to weld, make tables, do workshop cleaning being an experienced professional, never join them. I don't know what's their vision, in last 9 years, they have not launched a single product in market, only doing social marketing.

The team is great, easy to work with no hierarchy. It does get tough as it's a startup environment and if you take on more work, you get more work. But the rewards are equally high with better designations and growth than any other company.

Dislikes

Lot of people come to Pravaig to use it as a trampoline to land the next big role, these people aren't the best colleagues and very disgruntled to actually work hard.
